IN HONG KONG: Please approach us if you would like a Proverse Author to speak to your book group, society, school, university, or other similar events. Approach us also if you would like one or more Proverse Authors to speak or read at a Book Fair, Literary or Arts Festival, or academic seminar. Some of our authors are Hong Kong residents. Others visit Hong Kong on occasion.
Year round, do consider reading Proverse books and inviting Proverse Hong Kong resident authors to speak or meet your group.
Do take the opportunity, when they are in Hong Kong, to invite Proverse visiting authors.

Peter Gregoire ("Article 109") had a signing event at Dymocks IFC in January 2013.
Emily Ho ("Memoirs of an Ice-Cream Lady), Gerald Yeung ("Wannabe Backpackers"), Mary-Jane Newton ("Of Symbols Misused") spoke at the Hong Kong Book Fair (July 2012) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre).
Chapman Chen (Translator into Chinese, Olga Wallo's "Tightrope! A Bohemian Tale") spoke at Hong Kong Reader bookshop. (December 2011)
Vaughan Rapatahana ("Home, Away, Elsewhere") spoke and read at the Kubrick regular poetry event (2012).
Rupert Chan ("Chocolate's Brown Study in the Bag") spoke at the Mini Book Fair associated with the 12th International Architecture Venice Biennale Response Exhibition (May 2011). Earlier, he featured, jointly with Olga Wallo, at the Literary Evening, jointly hostedl by Friends of the British Council and the Consulate-General of the Czech Republic at the British Council, June 2011.

Gerald Yeung ("Wannabe Backpackers: The Latin-American & Kenyan Journey of Five SpoiledTeenagers") spoke in Assembly at his former school, St Paul's Co-Educational College. (December 2010)
Ginni MacRobert ("Gin's tonic: Ocean Voyage: Inner Journey") spoke to primary students at the French International School and University students at the Hong Kong Polytechinc Unviversity. She spoke at a Speaker dinner at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and addressed the Royal Geographical Society at the Ladies Recreation Club. (2010)
Jennifer Ching ("A Painted Moment") spoke at a seminar, co-hosted by the Department of English and the Language Centre, at Hong Kong Baptist University. (2010)
Gillian Bickley ("China Suite and other Poems") spoke at the Kubrick regular poetry reading event. (Beginning in 2010)

BEYOND HONG KONG: Proverse authors travel fairly frequently. Do consider asking us if any particular Proverse Author will be in your country at a particular time, if you would like him or her to speak.
Patricia W. Grey did a book signing and spoke on local radio at Park City, Utah, USA. (2012) She also did a book launch in Ordino, Principat d'Andorra, Europe. (2011).
